Spectral microscopes

Our collaborators have developed spectral microscopes for different applications. By integrating a miniature X-stage and Spectral Camera with a microscope, it is possible to acquire and reconstruct 2D spectral images under a microscope.

These solutions can be used for example when inspecting forensic, biomedical or geological samples.

PSAM-700

Spectrometer system PSAM-700 to measure the color in plane/area

Color measurement: XYZ, RGB, L*a*b*, Lab, and CMYK values

Spectral range: 380-780 nm, option up to 1700 nm

Available from DHT Corporation

Micro Spectral Scanner

The configuration allows the study of very small samples

Typical applications include biology, forensics, fibers, mineralogy, and metallurgy

Available from DV S.r.l.

Micro Spectral Scanner
Hyper-Microscopy

Themis 100T VNIR, SWIR and UV focal plane scanners can be fitted onto upright microscopes via the c-mount on the upper port of the microscope

Captures 2D hyperspectral images of any sample that can be viewed under an ordinary microscope

Available from Themis Vision Systems.
